FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME ARE YOU OPEN?
FRI & SAT nights from 7pm to 11pm and Halloween Night from 7pm – 11pm

WHAT MUCH DOES IT COST?
$15 per person.

IS IT REALLY SCARY?
Yes. It is really scary!

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT IN LINE?
It depends. During the first two weeks the wait is usually very short. As Halloween approaches, there is tpyically a short wait, maybe 15 minutes.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in the lot in front of the theatre (Zoo) and on the street in Gage Park.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH?
Its difficult to give an answer to this question; some groups run right through and others take their time, it really depends on how you deal with fear. Project Terror: A Haunted House Experience is located in the 1,800-square-foot theatre, broken into multiple rooms which you travel through. So you’ll be in there long enough to get plenty scared. Average is 15 minutes.

ONCE WE’VE PAID FOR ADMISSION ARE WE ABLE TO GO THROUGH AGAIN?
No.

IS PROJECT TERROR HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. We do our best to be handicap accessible inside the house. There are a couple areas that may have to be by-passes; we provide by-passes for all guests that cannot go through certain rooms. Just check with the Theatre Staff when you arrive and they will let you know which doors those are.

DO YOU USE STROBE LIGHTS?
Yes. We use strobe lights throughout the entire haunted house. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy to go through the house. Additionally we use fog.

IS THERE SECURITY?
Yes. Security is located at the front entrance every night of Project Terror.

IF I ENTER PROJECT TERROR AND GET TOO SCARED, WHAT DO I DO?
If you get too scared, stay calm and tell the actor in the room. They will escort you outside or point you to the “chicken exits.” There are two exits located throughout the house. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PROJECT TERROR?
No. However, due to the nature of content, it is not recommended for young children. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn’t bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it is probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted house.

For the little ones, please check-out PROJECT HALLOWEEN, a haunted house adventure for little ones that is far from scary.

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?
Yes. You can wear costumes to the haunted house. However, no masks or props are allowed inside.

CAN WE BE DENIED ACCESS TO PROJECT TERROR?
Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc..We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry.

IS IT THE SAME AS LAST YEAR?
No. We change our layout, design, theme and characters every year. If there are audience favorites from the past years, we may incorporate these areas into the new floor plan – with some twists.
